  FortCycle offers an exceptional exercise experience by combining outstanding instruction with an energetic ambience. One of the instructors often says, "When the door is closed, you can leave your world out there and focus on your ride in here," and this is so true! If I'm having a bad day, my 45 minutes on the bike can transform my mood and reset my day. FortCycle offers great variety of instruction so I'm rarely bored taking a class, even when the class is with the same instructor. For the most part, the instructors are motivating and supportive, and they care equally that you get a workout and you have a good experience. I've been a member of four gyms in the area (and I've sampled several
  others on day passes) and this is by far the most welcoming and most motivating community.
